Tôkyô, Japan - 2008
After a night of singing (yelling) in a karaoke in Shibuya I decided it wasn’t enough for one night. So I headed for Ryogoku, the center of the sumô world. It was 6 am, the air was fresh and some sumô were already in the streets, stretching on the sidewalk in their mawashi. I entered a training stable and asked the trainer if I could sit. This is the first picture of the whole series. First pictures are always the best. At 7am I went back home to have some sleep.
